Where WellPeps care is currently available
WellPeps offers clinician-guided care by telehealth to patients located in all 50 U.S. states. Every health assessment is reviewed by a state-licensed clinician of OSI Medical Services, P.A., an independent medical practice, and every prescription is filled by a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy. Treatment is provided only where it is clinically appropriate and allowed by state and federal law.

State notes
- Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota and West Virginia
- State rules require a live visit with your clinician (a real-time video call) before treatment can be prescribed. Online health questions alone are not enough. We schedule the visit as part of your review.
- California
- Oral weight-loss tablets (semaglutide and tirzepatide) are not available to California residents. Weekly injections may be.
- Alabama and Nebraska
- You must be at least 19 years old.
- Mississippi
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- Washington and Nevada
- Your state gives you extra rights over consumer health data. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 to use our services, or older where your state requires it (see above).
Please note: Availability of specific medications can vary by state, based on state rules and pharmacy licensing. If a medication cannot be shipped to your state, we tell you before you check out. Not everyone qualifies for treatment: a licensed clinician decides after reviewing your health information, and a prescription is not guaranteed. You must be located in the state you list when you complete your assessment and at every visit. If you move or travel, tell us before your next visit or renewal.
