Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

- You provide — a detail only you know (an address, an email, a date).
- Web team — a technical item the WellPeps web team completes. Nothing for you to do.

Just these items — everything else is handled by the web team or your lawyer:
- A privacy-request email address (we recommend [email protected]).
- Who inside your company owns these opt-out requests and makes sure they are handled within 15 business days.
- Once a year, who will track how many requests came in (only required if you get a large volume).
This page promises visitors a right — to opt out of their data being sold or shared. A link that says that but doesn't do anything is worse than no link at all. The web team needs to build the working opt-out control and confirm the site respects browser privacy signals (the blue items below); you supply the contact details (the red items).
Your Right to Opt Out
If you are a resident of California or another state with a comparable privacy law, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information and of “sharing” / processing for targeted advertising. “Sharing” includes common website practices like sending browsing data to advertising platforms through cookies and pixels — it does not require money to change hands.
Web team: list the site's cookies and advertising pixels, then state accurately whether WellPeps sells or shares data. If ad pixels are active, the answer is likely “we share,” and the opt-out button below must switch those tags off.
How to Submit Your Request
- Online: Web team: a working opt-out button or cookie-preference control that genuinely disables non-essential tags.
- Email: You provide: a privacy-request email (e.g. [email protected]) with the subject “Opt-Out Request”
- Phone: (833) 935-7377 (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm ET)
We will honor opt-out requests within 15 business days. You do not need an account to submit a request, and we only ask for the information needed to locate your data.
Global Privacy Control
Our website recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for the browser you are using, as required by California law. Web team: confirm this browser-signal handling is actually built before launch — this sentence is a factual claim.
Sensitive Personal Information
Health-related information you provide is sensitive personal information. We use it only to provide the services you request and for purposes permitted by law, and — where state law provides a right to limit — you may direct us to restrict its use to those purposes using the contact methods above. Protected health information is additionally governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will require the agent to demonstrate written authorization, and we may verify your identity directly.
No Discrimination
We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any privacy right.

Request Metrics
You provide: if you receive a large volume of privacy requests each year, decide who will publish the yearly totals here. Most businesses are below the threshold and can leave this out.
